What rider height is the Macfox X7 made for?
The X7 suits riders about 5'1" and up, which covers many middle and high school riders as well as adults; the X7L is sized for riders 5'3" and up. Younger riders between 4'0" and 5'3" usually feel more at home on the M16.
Yes, in most US states. The X7 is a Class 2 ebike with a 20 mph top assisted speed on both pedal assist and throttle, and it is UL 2849 certified. Local rules on rider age, helmets and throttle use vary, so check your state and city before riding.
The X7 and X7L offer up to 35 miles on a single battery and up to 70 miles with the dual battery option. Real-world range depends on rider weight, terrain, assist level, temperature and tire pressure. Both carry riders up to 330 lbs and stay Class 2 at 20 mph.
The X7 rolls on a 4.5-inch front tire for lighter steering and a 5-inch rear for a planted feel, softening cracked pavement, gravel paths and curb edges, so every ride feels calm, planted and confident. It starts at $1,599.
